We have worked closely with the developer Spink Property on an apartment refurbishment project at a Knightsbridge garden square.

A close relationship with Spink Property facilitated this opportunity work together on the design of an apartment at Ennismore Gardens in Knightsbridge, London. The design of the 320 sq/ft bathroom in particular was an important element of the project. The brief was to design a bathroom zone of the highest quality, using materials and detailed execution methodologies befitting of a £25 million apartment. As with the rest of the apartment, the interior of the bathroom is Grade II listed. We therefore designed a series of stone and oak-veneer panels that sit comfortably within the existing framework of the room. LED lighting was recessed into the pelmet of the panels to complement feature luminaires by Foscarini and ceiling recessed downlights.
