This is an exciting scheme and our ambition is to ensure that we create some fantastic spaces taking advantage of the rooftop views across Shoreditch and the City. The proposed scheme offers a diversity of accommodation to encourage a diverse range of tenants. We hope that this will encourage a variety of social patterns that will enrich the way the building and neighbourhood are used. We have re-designed the façades in stack-bonded blue brick which is a contemporary response to local building material traditions. The scheme aspires to contribute to a sustainable community; a place where people will want to live and work, now and in the future.
