The highly regarded Milanese developer Estate 4 have asked us to design their 3000 sq/ft London offices in Victoria.
We were delighted to be given the chance to consider the redevelopment of a first floor space split across three levels for Estate 4 within their new development of the former Royal Mail building. The space is centred around a triangular courtyard and all the office spaces are designed to take advantage of the natural light and tranquillity of this external feature. Large solid sliding doors allow the private office and reception area to function as one space or separate entities depending on the situation. We have designed bespoke joinery and simple, durable oak flooring and skirtings to follow a desire for a clean, subtle architectural language. In addition to the Estate 4 offices is a fantastic double-height space which has been designed as a stand-alone gallery for a private curator.
