We have recently submitted a proposal for this new build six storey mixed-use building in Shoreditch.

We are delighted to have been asked to consider the redevelopment of a site in Shoreditch. It's great to be working in our local area once again, where we have a vested interest, strong community links and a detailed knowledge of current issues. The context of this site was pivotal to our proposals for the façades. What has transpired through a process of careful consideration and experimentation is a double skin; a hard, solid outer screen of brick punctuated by rhythmic openings, and an inner veil of floor to ceiling openable glazing. Terraces between the two skins can be opened up to the interior spaces to afford a valuable connection with the world outside. The proposed scheme offers four diverse flats to attract a range of different tenants, and a gallery space across the ground and basement floors.
