Estate 4 Offices

This project deals with London offices of the international developer Estate4. The concept was to simply express the volume and characteristics of this beautiful Victorian building to express creativity, resolved technical challenges with integrated client requirements. We expressed that quality of construction details such as indirect lighting troughs, well resolved recessed skirting and floor details, integrated heating and cooling and a precise set of joinery elements.
